Terms of Service
The terms that apply to every streetlevel.ae project: what you are buying, how payment works, when you receive the work, and what happens if plans change. Kept in plain language.
These terms are between you and STREETLEVEL LLC (“we”, “us”), a free zone company licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams), trade licence 2646967, working from Dubai. Contact: omar@streetlevel.ae or WhatsApp +971 55 385 0364.
“You” means the business or person who books. If you book for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
You accept these terms when you pay a deposit, book online or sign a quote. Together with any written quote, they are the whole agreement between us.
The service described on our site on the day you book, for the fixed fee shown. Anything not described there is not included.
Extra work is quoted in writing and starts only once you accept the quote.
Websites are built on WordPress with a premium theme, fully customised, with unlimited pages and unlimited custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript. E-commerce sites use WooCommerce. Every site includes All in One SEO with SEO titles, meta descriptions and image descriptions, Google Analytics, and submission of the sitemap to Google Search Console.
An e-commerce site includes loading every product in your first product feed, with no limit, provided the feed is complete and includes all product photography. Products added after that first upload are new work.
Because a website includes unlimited pages, copywriting and photography are not included. Our standing team can provide them for a fee agreed in writing before that work starts. We can supply iconography, animated SVGs and other graphic elements. We never supply AI-generated copy, imagery or photography. We may use AI tools to help write code.
Where a written quote differs from these terms, the quote wins for that project.
Every project is booked with an AED 4,500 deposit, paid online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The deposit counts towards the fixed fee.
The balance is invoiced after the first call and paid by card through the secure link in the invoice. A brand identity is paid in full before work begins. A website or e-commerce site is paid in two halves: one before work begins, one before launch.
Payment is by card. Any other method must be agreed with us in writing first, and these terms apply to it in the same way.
Offer codes are applied to the final balance payment, never to the deposit. One code per project, and codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after that payment is made. If a project is cancelled or ends before the final balance is due, the code has no value.
Extras chosen when booking a website, such as copywriting and photography, are added to the first balance payment and priced as shown at booking. Copywriting includes one round of edits. Photography is charged by the day and includes editing and retouching. Nothing is charged for extras before that payment.
All fees are in AED and include VAT. A tax invoice is issued for every payment. Invoices are due within seven days unless the invoice says otherwise.
If an invoice is unpaid seven days after its due date, work pauses until it is settled, and the timeline moves by the length of the pause.
If an invoice is unpaid thirty days after its due date, we may end the project under Ending a project. Fees paid to that point are kept.
You pay the reasonable costs of recovering overdue sums, including collection and legal costs, as far as the law allows.
If you have a concern about a payment, tell us first. We reply within two working days.
If you raise a chargeback or card dispute for a payment due under these terms, work stops and all work stays locked until the dispute is resolved. We will share these terms, your acceptance and our project records with your card issuer.
The timeline starts once the balance, or its first half for a website, is paid and we have your brief, content and the access we need. A brand identity takes ten working days, strategy to delivery.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Time spent waiting for your feedback, content, approvals or access is added to the timeline.
Dates are targets we plan around, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by you, by third parties or by events outside our control.
One named decision-maker, feedback within three working days of each presentation, and the content, logins and materials the project needs.
For a website, you supply a first draft of all copy and all photography before the build starts, and for an e-commerce site a complete product feed with all product photography. We edit and set what you supply. Its accuracy and the rights to use it remain your responsibility.
You confirm that everything you give us, including text, images, logos and data, is accurate, lawful and yours to use or properly licensed.
If we hear nothing from you for thirty days, the project pauses. After sixty days without a reply, the project is treated as complete: fees paid are kept, approved work is handed over as set out under Handover, and restarting is quoted as new work.
A brand identity includes three concepts and unlimited revisions on the concept you choose. Revisions refine that concept. A new direction, a new concept or a change to the brief after a concept is chosen is new work, quoted separately.
A website or e-commerce site includes the rounds of revision described in its scope.
Written approval by email or WhatsApp counts as sign-off for that stage. Changes to signed-off work are new work.
Brand identity: every file, including artwork, guidelines, logos and source files, stays locked with us until every invoice for the project is paid in full. Presentations and previews are for review only and may not be used, printed, published or registered before then.
Websites and e-commerce: the site is built and reviewed on our staging server. It does not go live, and admin access and the accounts we set up are not handed over, until every invoice for the project is paid in full.
Handover happens within five working days of final payment.
Once every invoice for the project is paid in full, you own the final approved work outright, including its copyright, with source files. Until then every right in the work stays with us and you have no licence to use it.
Concepts, drafts and alternatives you did not choose remain ours.
Fonts, stock images, plugins, themes, hosting and platforms belong to their owners and are licensed on their terms. Some need a licence in your own name, at your cost.
Code, tools and methods we use across projects remain ours. You receive a permanent licence to use any that form part of your delivered site.
We may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social media unless we agree otherwise in writing before work begins.
We design. We do not give legal advice, and we do not guarantee that a name or mark is free to use or can be registered.
Before you use or register a new name or mark, trade mark searches and registration are your responsibility. We recommend using a lawyer.
Thirty days of support are included from launch, covering faults in what we built. New features, content changes, and faults caused by other people’s changes, third-party plugins, hosting or platform updates are new work.
Hosting, domains, email, payment accounts and other third-party services are held in your name and are your responsibility, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We are not responsible for their availability, security or fees.
After the support period, backups, updates and security are your responsibility.
Cancel before work begins and we refund your deposit in full to the card you paid with, within fourteen days. Work begins when we receive the balance, or its first half for a website.
Once work has begun, fees paid are not refundable. If you cancel, we invoice any work completed beyond what you have paid, and hand over completed work once that invoice is paid.
There are no refunds for a change of mind, of taste or of business plans once work has begun.
Either of us may end the project by written notice if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not put it right within ten working days of being asked.
We may also end it if a payment is more than thirty days overdue, or if our team is treated abusively.
If we end a project when you have done nothing wrong, we refund fees paid for work not yet done.
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only for your project. You do the same with our pricing, methods and unreleased work.
This does not cover information that is already public, or that the law requires either of us to disclose.
We work with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee commercial results, including sales, search rankings or traffic.
Our total liability for anything connected with a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
You will cover any claim against us arising from material you supplied, or from use of the work in ways we did not deliver or advise.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that UAE law does not allow to be limited.
Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as serious illness, outages, government action or natural events. The timeline moves to match.
If such an event lasts more than sixty days, either of us may end the project, and fees paid for work not yet done are refunded.
We work with our standing team of specialists and remain responsible for their work. For twelve months after a project ends, you will not directly engage a member of that team you met through the project without our written agreement.
You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. Notices by email to the addresses used for the project are valid.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. The terms in force on the day you book apply to your project. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it in good faith within fourteen days. After that, the courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction.
