Brand Identity FeesHow much does a brand identity cost in Dubai?
Ours is a fixed AED 24,500, booked with an AED 4,500 deposit.
What’s included?
Strategy, three identity concepts, one developed into the final mark with unlimited revisions, complete guidelines, applications shown in 3D mockups, and all source files.
How long does it take?
Ten working days from strategy to delivery. The timeline pauses while feedback is outstanding.
What are the stages?
Strategy first: a discovery call, a review of your category and competitors, then positioning, vision, tone of voice and marketing angles. Then three concepts, development of the chosen one, and handover.
What do you need to start?
Your business name, what you sell and to whom, the competitors you watch, and any existing assets.
What files do I receive?
Vector, print-ready and transparent files, with full ownership and usage rights.

Website FeesHow much does a website cost in Dubai?
Ours is AED 24,500 for a website and AED 29,500 for e-commerce, both fixed. You book each with an AED 4,500 deposit.
What’s included in a website?
Sitemap and wireframes, a design built for the phone first, and a build on WordPress with a premium theme, fully customised, with unlimited pages and unlimited custom code. We set up All in One SEO with titles, meta and image descriptions, install Google Analytics and submit your sitemap to Search Console. Thirty days of support follow launch.
What does e-commerce add?
Product templates, categories, cart and checkout. We configure payments, shipping and tax, and test them with live transactions before launch. We also load every product in your first feed with no limit, provided the feed is complete with all product photography, and we monitor the checkout for the first month.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We hand WordPress over with training.
Who writes the copy and supplies the photos?
You do. Every site includes unlimited pages, so content is not included. Before the build starts we need a first draft of all copy and all photography, and we edit and set it. Our standing team can write copy and shoot photography for a separately agreed fee, and we can supply iconography, animated SVGs and other graphic elements.
Do you use AI?
Not for anything you read or see. We never supply AI-generated copy, imagery or photography. AI helps us write code.
Do I need a brand identity first?
A website works best on an existing identity. If you need one, start with the brand identity.
What happens after launch?
You get thirty days of support. After that, you book anything new as its own fixed project.
General
Are your fees fixed?
Yes. We publish every fee, and it never changes.
How do I pay?
Book online with an AED 4,500 deposit, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We invoice the balance after the first call, and you pay it by card.
When is the balance due?
You pay for a brand identity in full before work begins. A website or e-commerce site is paid in two halves: one before work begins, one before launch.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. In full, until work begins.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every fee includes VAT, and you can add your company TRN at checkout.
Who does the work?
We do. We direct every project in-house, with a standing team for artwork, copywriting, photography, digital marketing, web development and illustration. We quote copywriting and photography for websites separately.
Where are you based?
In Dubai. We’re licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams) as STREETLEVEL LLC, trade licence 2646967, and we work with businesses around the world.
