See the plansHow much does a website cost in Dubai?
Ours is AED 5,000 a month for a website and AED 10,000 a month for e-commerce. Nothing up front: you pay the first month when you start.
What’s included?
Sitemap and wireframes, a design built for the phone first, and a WordPress build with unlimited pages. Copy for every page. Search set up, analytics installed, hosting, SSL and seven-day backups. Then unlimited edits, changes and fixes.
What does e-commerce add?
Product templates, categories, cart and checkout. We set up card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, with delivery and stock, and test them with live transactions before launch.
How soon are we live?
Within the first month. The month starts when you have paid and sent the materials we ask for.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, 12 months. After that your plan runs month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice.
Who owns the site?
Your content is always yours. The design and build become yours once the 12 months are paid. Leave earlier, and you can take the site by paying the remaining months.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes. SEO and AI search optimisation are add-ons at AED 2,500 a month each, on any plan or on their own, month to month.
Changes
Website plansWhat does unlimited mean?
Send as many requests as you like. We work on one at a time and aim to finish each within two working days. Bigger requests, like a new feature, take longer, and we tell you how long before we start.
What isn’t included?
Photography and video, paid plugins and licences, domain registration and email. We quote these separately.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We hand WordPress over with training. Or send us the change and we make it.
Who writes the copy and supplies the photos?
We write the copy, in your voice. You supply the photography, and we edit and set it.
Do you use AI?
Not for anything you read or see. We never supply AI-generated copy, imagery or photography. AI helps us write code.
Can I move from Website to E-Commerce?
Yes, at any time. The new fee applies from your next payment, and your term does not restart.
General
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe. The first month is paid when you start, then on the same date each month.
Can I cancel before work begins?
Yes, and your first payment is refunded in full.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice by email.
Who does the work?
We do. We direct every project in-house, with a standing team for design, development, copywriting and photography.
Where are you based?
In Dubai. We’re licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams) as STREETLEVEL LLC, trade licence 2646967, and we work with businesses around the world.
