Terms Of Service

The terms that apply to every streetlevel.ae project.

01Parties

Who are you dealing with?

These terms are between you and STREETLEVEL LLC, licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams), trade licence 2646967, working from Dubai. Contact: omar@streetlevel.ae or WhatsApp +971 55 385 0364.

By booking online or signing a quote you accept these terms.

02Scope

What exactly are you buying?

The service described on our rate card and fees guide on the day you book, for the fixed fee shown. Anything outside that description is quoted separately and in writing before it starts.

Where a quote or proposal differs from these terms, the quote wins.

03Payment

How and when do you pay?

Project fees are paid in full at booking, in AED. The full-service retainer is billed monthly in advance, with thirty days’ notice either way and no minimum term.

If a retainer invoice is unpaid seven days after its due date, work pauses until it is settled.

04Timing

When does the clock start?

Timelines start at the first call, once we have your brief and the access we need. A brand identity takes ten working days, strategy to delivery.

Time spent waiting for your feedback, content or approvals is added to the timeline.

05Approval

How do revisions and sign-off work?

A brand identity includes unlimited revisions on the concept you choose. Other services include the rounds described in their scope.

Written approval by email or WhatsApp counts as sign-off for that stage.

06Ownership

Who owns the work?

Once paid in full, you own the final approved work outright, with source files. Concepts you did not choose remain ours.

Fonts, stock images, plugins and platforms are licensed under their owners’ terms and may need your own licence. We may show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

07Cancellation

What if you change your mind?

Cancel before the first call and we refund the fee in full, less card processing charges. Once work has started, the fee is not refundable, and everything completed to that point is handed over.

Retainers can be cancelled with thirty days’ notice. The month in progress is not refunded.

08Liability

What are we responsible for?

Our total liability for any service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and information you give us, and for checking trade marks before you use a new name or mark.

09Law

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy.
