Method
We test your website against 30 laws of user experience, the principles behind every interface that feels effortless. Each law is a question your website either answers well or doesn’t.
Score
Every law is scored out of ten, for a mark out of 300. One number tells you where you stand. Thirty tell you why.
Recommendations
Every score comes with a written recommendation showing what it takes to reach ten, and so the whole site to 300, or as close as it can get.
Making the changes
You make them, or hand the PDF to your developer. On any WordPress site we can make them for you at an hourly rate, and if you choose a new website from us, every fix is included.
Scope
Your homepage and key pages, tested on phone and desktop, including any enquiry, booking or checkout journey.
Delivery
A PDF report in your inbox within 48 hours of booking. Add your website address at checkout and we start straight away.
